Recommended Power System

The Extra NG has been designed for both gasoline and electric power systems.

Recommended engine:

• 20 cc gasoline engine or equivalent electric motor

Note: The airframe is compatible with both power options. When installing a gasoline engine, the firewall and engine box should be reinforced accordingly.

Servo Requirements

• 4 high-torque servos plus one throttle servo
• 1 servo per aileron
• 1 servo for the elevator
• 1 servo for the rudder

The factory-prepared servo openings are designed for medium-size servos (35 × 15 mm) but can easily be enlarged to accommodate standard-size servos if required.
