CHASERVO HV120 – 12 mm HV servo, 28 kg
The CHASERVO HV120 is a 12 mm thin HV servo (high voltage) with 4-pole brushless motor, aluminium case and metal gears. At 7.4 V it delivers 25.0 kg·cm holding torque (15.0 kg·cm output torque) and moves 60° in 0.11 s – weighing only 37 g.
- Voltage range 4.8 – 8.4 V – runs directly on a 2s LiPo (HV), no regulator needed.
- Holding torque 18.0 kg·cm @ 4.8 V · 22.0 kg·cm @ 6 V · 25.0 kg·cm @ 7.4 V · 28.0 kg·cm @ 8.4 V.
- Speed 0.16 s/60° @ 4.8 V · 0.13 s/60° @ 6 V · 0.11 s/60° @ 7.4 V · 0.09 s/60° @ 8.4 V.
- Contactless Hall sensor – wear-free, no potentiometer noise.
- Output spline 25T, 6 mm – matching CHASERVO aluminium arms see below.
- Programmable: centre, end points, direction and soft start with the CHASERVO Programming Tool (see accessories).
Applications
Compact enough for the wing, strong enough for the tail: a universal servo for jets, aerobatic models and large gliders where standard servos no longer fit inside the wing.
