CHASERVO HV3512H – 20 mm HV servo, 40 kg
The CHASERVO HV3512H is a 20 mm thin HV servo (high voltage) with 4-pole brushless motor, aluminium case and metal gears. At 7.4 V it delivers 35.0 kg·cm holding torque (30.2 kg·cm output torque) and moves 60° in 0.12 s – weighing only 56 g. The H version is designed for horizontal (flat) installation in thin wings – see the data sheet in the downloads for the housing shape.
- Voltage range 4.0 – 9.0 V – runs directly on a 2s LiPo (HV), no regulator needed.
- Holding torque 30.0 kg·cm @ 6 V · 35.0 kg·cm @ 7.4 V · 40.0 kg·cm @ 8.4 V.
- Speed 0.14 s/60° @ 6 V · 0.12 s/60° @ 7.4 V · 0.11 s/60° @ 8.4 V.
- Precision potentiometer as position sensor. 2 ball bearings.
- Output spline 25T, 6 mm – matching CHASERVO aluminium arms see below.
- Programmable: centre, end points, direction and soft start with the CHASERVO Programming Tool (see accessories).
Applications
The classic 20 mm standard servo for turbine jets, aerobatic and large-scale models: control surfaces, gear doors and everything that demands torque and centering accuracy.
