Jetlegend F-86 SABRE 1/5.8
The US Air Force F-86 is a legend – and in 1/5.8 scale a remarkably manageable aircraft. It has presence on the field yet still fits in a car; for that, rudder and elevators can optionally be removed in moments. The swept wing gives it forgiving slow-flight behaviour together with precise response in classic aerobatics, so spot landings are no trouble. The sprung landing gear with its large tyres – as on the original – copes well with grass fields.
